Proposed reimbursement rates to be effective September 1, 2023

We have created breakdowns for each of the services covered under the Attendant Rate Enhancement program. The breakdowns include the 90% minimum required spending (including payroll taxes) and the minimum hourly pay rate for attendants needed to be in compliance with the RAD spending requirements. Feel free to download the pdf.  Keep in mind that these new rates have not been formally approved.  We are putting these out to help agencies start the planning and forecasting process.

There is also some talk about other changes being proposed, like other programs being added to the Rate Enhancement program as well.  We'll post more updates as we hear more.
