The breakdowns include the 90% minimum required spending (including payroll taxes) and the minimum hourly pay rate for attendants needed to be in compliance with the RAD spending requirements. Please note… the hourly pay rates in the document are assuming that you do not have any other expenses that could be used for the rate enhancement program, such as mileage or benefits. If you do have other allowable expenses, then your minimum pay rate can be lower than what is shown. Thanks.
